An element of magic and wonder has returned to my practice.
At the risk of sounding like a total cliche: the Mind Tribes teacher training was one of the best decisions I made in my life. I went in without complete knowledge of why I wanted to do this yoga training, but the funny bone of intuition spoke up, and it served me so well. The teachers set high expectations of the students and themselves, and their commitment to show up honestly, vivaciously, and passionately drives the training. They aim to create, what they call, 'a container' for the group, where the students are free to play, mess up, introspect, and seek with the safety net of supporters. This container is a treasure chest. My experience through this training has not only fine-tuned my physical asana practice, but my yoga experience. An element of magic and wonder has returned to my practice. The community created through the structure of this program gave me a sense of unity and connection (and isn't that what yoga is about). The content of program mentally, emotionally, and spiritually stimulated me and provided me with tools that I can apply beyond the mat.
