Cristina Houston


Cristina is the co-founder of the yoga-inspired coaching company Mind Tribes (, the founder of her own brand, Cristina Houston, and a Certified Whole30 Coach. She is wildly passionate about empowering people to transform how they relate to themselves, their careers, their relationships, and their “why,” and is creating transformational programs for women specifically to be whole and complete in all areas of life.

Her teaching is known for its precision, loving space, and challenge, all while leaving students feeling empowered and taken care of. Cristina lives through her core values of possibility, leadership, integrity, and growth and believes that when we are clear on and live through our own unique values, we can make the impact we’re out to make in this World.

Dan Houston


Dan is a full-time mover and student at heart. His intention is to blend movement principles with applied anatomy for joint health. Dan is committed to cultivating a whole-life movement paradigm that inspires others to adopt an individualized, diverse, and pain-free practice.

Dan is also deeply passionate about goal setting & performance coaching. He has a keen ability for dwelling in possibility and results-based coaching that produces dramatic results for my clients and partners.

As a teacher, he is committed to truthfully, reliably & effectively sharing the yoga tradition in a safe, diverse, and inclusive container of transformative learning. On this path, his aim is to guide students to be responsible for cultivating their own personal practice, joint & bone health, energetic awareness, &  sovereignty.

Sara Roane


Sara Roane has been a devoted student of Yoga since 2012. She chooses to live from and create a wellness lifestyle, rooted in the teachings of Yoga. This is the lens from which she views and interacts with the world. She’s passionate about the authentic connection of mind, body & spirit that can be accessed through practices of Vinyasa, Vinyin & Prenatal Yoga.

She offers gratitude to all her students & teachers and acknowledges Shelby Autry and Jane Austin for sharing their wisdom & light. Sara believes Yoga is a vehicle for living optimally and sees opportunity for transformation in each breath. Expect a combination of alignment-based & dynamic movements, interlaced with stillness and meditation. Sara’s intention is to guide students through their own unique experience of transformation towards wellness.

Stacy Hammel


Stacy Hammel has been teaching yoga for over 8 years and a yoga student for 15 years. She is a certified 500hr Vinyasa teacher, and holds certifications in many other styles and facets of mindful movement. With experience in teaching classes that range from gentle to advanced, all of Stacy’s classes have opportunities for students to challenge themselves in their yoga practice and life.

You can expect classes to be supportive, playful and invigorating. She understands that no two bodies are alike and leads from a space of empowerment and possibility for everyone. Stacy’s mission as a yoga teacher, and member of the community, is to create ease, and foster the power that lies within everybody. Through an open heart and a life lived in truth and joy we can share in this power and community together.
