Foundations of Mindfulness is the entry point to our Mind Tribes Core Curriculum. This program is designed to empower you to weave mindful tools for living into your daily life to live fully, and to make a difference for others. Through a focus on transformative learning methodology, our team is out to support you in generating unpredictable breakthroughs in (a) personal and work relationships, (b) how you communicate with others, and (c) your capacity to disappear the past and live into your future.
This program is open to all participants regardless of your exposure to yoga, meditation or mindfulness.
This course consists of a 3-day weekend session and a Tuesday Community Night. All weekend sessions run from 9:00am through 6:00pm, and the Community Night generally runs from 7:00pm-9:00pm. Our program is uniquely-designed to layer movement, breathwork, and meditation as a bolster to enhance the conversations and work in which you are engaging.

These individuals are ready to experience new, profound, and expanded levels of communication and performance at work and in life. Avidya (The Screen We Listen Through): In this portion of the program you will distinguish the inherent misperception humans view the world through. By identifying The Screen we view life through, you will begin to presence how your current view has been limiting you. Through this conversation you will explore how EGO, attachment, rejection, and fear can function to keep us locked into a scarcity and survival-based mindset. Through this conversation you will being to access new realms of listening (to others AND yourself) to produce expanded and unexpected results in your life.

Deconstructing The Screen: Starting on Day Two, you will take a deeper look into how humans primarily relate to one another via the conceptual, abstract world. This conversation initiates your journey into deeper levels of your inner architecture as an access to discovering who you are and how you want to BE in the world. You will begin to discover how to root your sharing in the physical world to generate a deeper sense of relatedness with self, and you will be able to welcome others into your world.
